PETALING JAYA: Top seed Olivia Weaver may have extended her dominance over S. Sivasangari, but the American was quick to praise the Malaysian’s fierce challenge after their latest encounter at the Silicon Valley Open.

Weaver successfully defended her title in the Gold-level tournament after defeating Sivasangari 12-10, 4-11, 11-4, 11-4 in 47-minute final at the Squash Zone in Redwood City, California, on Wednesday.
