OLYMPIC Council of Malaysia (OCM) president Datuk Seri Norza Zakaria together with all other National Olympic Committee (NOC) chiefs had a teleconference with International Olympic Committee (IOC) president Thomas Bach on Friday following the postponement of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics to 2021.
