Diani returns to Asiad, juggling motherhood and the demands of elite dressage

FOR national dressage rider Diani Lee Cheng Ni, competing at the Asian Games while raising four children is a balancing act that will never be perfect.

“I don’t think there is a perfect balance, honestly. Sometimes my children need more of me, sometimes the sport demands more of me, and I have had to become comfortable with that,” said the 38-year-old, who is making her return to international competition after a long absence.
