Petanque squad make promising start at Asian C’ships


PETALING JAYA: The national squad have made a strong start to the sixth Asian Petanque Championships after collecting two silver and one bronze medal as the precision shooting events concluded at the Arena Petanque Kuala Lumpur.

Nur Iman Aina Ahmad Sabti and Mohd Harith Muhaimin Hafaizul delivered silver medals in the women’s and junior categories respectively while veteran Mohd Nuzul Azwan Ahmad Temizi added a bronze in the men’s division.
