PETALING JAYA: Former hairdresser Jong Yee Khie proved that he is a cut above the rest – in terms of dealing with changes.

The national powerlifter showed that he was not afraid to make a change when a bold move to switch from the 97kg to the 107kg category early this year paid off when he bagged silver to gift Malaysia its second medal yesterday.
