GOLD COAST: Powerlifter Jong Yee Khie has lived up to expectation by delivering a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games.

The 29-year-old heaved a total of 188.7kg in the men's above 77kg at the Carrara Sports and Leisure Centre on Tuesday.
