PETALING JAYA: Sabah Eagles turned on the heat in the second half to beat NS Wanderers 24-19 to clinch their second Guinness Jonah Jones Rugby Sevens crown at the Royal Selangor Club (RSC) Sports Annexe in Bukit Kiara yesterday.
The Eagles started the match aggressively with Aporosa Duwale making a try but it was Wanderers who ended the first half with a 12-5 lead through Iwane Tokesilili’s two tries and a conversion.
