KUALA LUMPUR: National men’s doubles shuttler Ong Soon Hock is the latest senior player to leave the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) to chart a new course as a professional.
After being with the national team from his junior to senior days for 12 years, Soon Hock will now team up with Gan Teik Chai and make his maiden appearance in the Malaysian Open Grand Prix Gold tournament from May 1-6 in Johor Baru.
