KUALA LUMPUR: Singapore’s Mardan Mamat held off a late charge by local ace Rashid Ismail to win the RM180,000 PGM-CCM-Impian Masters by a shot.
Mardan continued his rich vein of form to shoot a final round of three-under 69 to overcome the fast-charging Rashid, who fired a blistering course record of 62 at the Impian Golf and Country Club in the season-opening Asian Development Tour (ADT) event yesterday.
