PETALING JAYA: LeTua Cycling’s Vidal Celis Zabala not only won Stage Five of the Tour of Malaysia but also took the overall leader’s yellow jersey from Anuar Manan of Terengganu Pro-Asia in Bentong yesterday.
Zabala, who also won Stage Two (Bandar Penawar-Kluang), was back in his element yesterday, winning the longest stage of the Tour – the 221.2km – from Pekan to Bentong in 5’13:10.
