KUALA TERENGGANU: Four-time world match sailing and three-time World Match Racing Tour (WMRT) champion Peter Gilmour emerged victorious with a convincing 3-1 win over New Zealand’s rising star Adam Minoprio in the final of the 2008 Monsoon Cup in Pulau Duyong yesterday.
It was the 48-year-old Australian’s second Monsoon Cup victory in four editions after his success in the inaugural event in 2005.
