SINGAPORE: World and Olympic champion Taufik Hidayat arrived here as the biggest drawcard of the US$170,000 Aviva Open Singapore badminton championships on Monday but he was back in Jakarta yesterday.
The Indonesian, who won the six-star Indonesian Open in Surabaya last week, has pulled out of the Singapore Open, citing a recurrent back injury.
