A 40-year-old Bangladeshi athlete has become the second Commonwealth Games participant to be charged with indecent assault as police Sunday defended security at the athletes' village.
The man, who was not named, was charged with indecent assault and unlawful assault following an incident late Saturday at the compound where officials and athletes are staying while in Melbourne.
