PETALING JAYA: Perak were the depleted squad, missing key players who were injured or away at the SEA Games but they still had enough in them to tear into treble champions Selangor 4-1 to retain the Charity Shield in a tense match at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil last night.
Imports Keita Mandjou and Abdoulaye Troare were in great form and showed superb understanding to score a brace each while Selangor could only reply through captain K. Sanbagamaran.
