A tall order for Koreans

PETALING JAYA: Defending champions South Korea started out in the worst possible way, getting a 3-0 beating from Iraq, yet they have somehow managed to put themselves in line to secure their 11th title as they go into the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Youth (Under-20) Championship final against China at the Kuala Lumpur Football Stadium in Cheras tonight.

The Koreans started out unconvincingly. After the Iraqi defeat, they could only manage a 1-1 draw with Thailand before advancing to the knockout stages, finishing ahead of the Thais only on goal difference.
