KANGAR: Leaders Pahang had to put their champagne on ice for at least another week when they slumped to a 1-2 defeat at the hands of Perlis in their Super League football clash at the Stadium Utama last night.
Pahang, who came to Kangar gunning for a win which would have given them an unassailable lead in the standings and the inaugural Super League crown, were consoled somehow by Perak's 0-0 draw with Kedah at the Darulaman Stadium last night.
