KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Schools Sports Council (MSSM) and the Malaysian Universities Sports Council (Masum) have withdrawn from the Malaysia Games (Sukma) in Negri Sembilan this year and will no longer take part in the series.
The two sports councils had been allowed to compete under their banners since 1996 in Kuantan. But recent complaints against the two contingents have prompted them to withdraw from the Games in Negri Sembilan, scheduled for May 28-June 6.
