VIENNA: Malaysia defeated Pakistan 2-1 in the world team squash championships here on Sunday and they are now the clear favourites to advance to the second stage as the Group H winners.
National number two Mohd Azlan Iskandar put Malaysia 1-0 up with a 9-5, 9-3, 9-10, 9-0 win over Farrukh Zaman.
