SUZUKA: McLaren team principal Ron Dennis claimed here yesterday that recommendations to scrap the Friday morning test sessions for the 2004 season could help the smaller teams improve in the future.
The Formula One Commission voted in London eight days ago to propose to the World Motorsport Council a series of changes for next year that are aimed at improving the sport.
