WINDHOEK: Cash-strapped Namibia are in a race against time to get enough funding to be able to compete in the 2003 rugby World Cup which starts in Australia next month, the country's top rugby official said on Friday.
In another crisis, South African clubs are refusing to pay four of Namibia's players should they report for international duty.
