NAMUR (Belgium): The Belgium Grand Prix will return to the Formula One world championship circuit on August 29, 2004, Wallon region economic minister Serge Kubla announced yesterday.
The event, which had been dropped this season, was reinstated after the Belgian government softened their tough laws on tobacco advertising last month.
