PIT STOPS turned nightmare for Sauber Petronas drivers and dashed their hopes to celebrate a grand “home race” in the Malaysian F1 Grand Prix at the Sepang F1 Circuit yesterday.
But thanks to 25-year-old Nick Heidfeld, the team managed to grab a point. Despite being stranded in the pit longer than he had wished for, Heidfeld manged to finish in eighth place in 1'32:22.195.
