Hakim charges from back to bag four points at Motegi


PETALING JAYA: National rider Hakim Danish Ramli (pic) refused to stay behind after he charged through from the back in the Moto3 World Championship grid to finish in 12th place in the Japanese Grand Prix at the Mobility Resort Motegi yesterday.

Starting his race in 21st, Hakim put on a consistent performance to salvage four points from the race. It was a full Spanish podium as David Almansa took the race win, followed by compatriots Maximo Quiles and Alvaro Carpe.
