Young rider Hakim set for Moto3 debut in home race

PETALING JAYA: The long wait has finally come to an end for national rider Hakim Danish Ramli as he is set to make his Moto3 debut through a wildcard entry at the Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) from Oct 24-26.

SIC chief executive officer Azhan Shafriman Hanif said the wildcard slot for Hakim comes as a milestone for the 18-year-old rider, who has proven his ability on the international stage and will now take on the world’s best on home soil.
