Tragic loss of Gomez casts shadow as Hakim races on


PETALING JAYA: The mood will be sombre for national racer Hakim Danish Ramli during the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours in France this weekend in the FIM Junior GP following the death of Spanish rider Borja Gomez (pic).

The 20-year-old Gomez, who raced in the Stock class, was tragically killed during the testing session on Thursday, where he crashed and was subsequently hit by another rider on track.
