Admi returns to top of podium with S1K victory


SEPANG: Professional race instructor Admi Shahrul Ahmad Safian returned to the top of the podium after 16 years when he won the Sepang 1000km (S1K) endurance race from pole position.

Admi, who last won the 12-hour Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race (MMER) in 2001 with Tommy Lee and Jeffrey Wong, celebrated another major endurance trophy win at the Sepang track last night.
