PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Hockey Confederation (MHC) has reason to rejoice as the national hockey 5s team have been ranked second in the world.

The International Hockey Federation (FIH) recently released the first-ever hockey 5s world rankings after taking into consideration the performances of the teams in the continental championships for the World Cup and hockey 5s World Cup itself.
