Hockey match time changed to avoid congestion on bumper day

PETALING JAYA: The men’s Junior World Cup organisers have decided to bring forward the Malaysia and Australia clash by six hours on Dec 8 to avoid a chaotic congestion at the Bukit Jalil Sports Complex.

The Malaysia Cup final on the same day at 9pm between Johor Darul Ta’zim and Terengganu at the National Stadium is expected to attract close to 100,000 fans.
