Young Tigers snap losing streak in Tour of Europe


PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian junior hockey team finally ended their winless streak in their Tour of Europe after a solid performance against Britain to secure a 3-2 win at the Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre in Marlow on Monday.

The Young Tigers, after three defeats in their previous friendlies, needed a change and the team responded by taking a 3-0 lead to leave Britain reeling before they reduced the deficit through goals in the 39th and 48th minutes.
