Firhan and Faizal back in the Speedy Tigers’ front line

Back where they belong: Firhan Ashaari and Faizal Saari were previously utilised as attacking midfielders by Malaysia hockey team coach A. Arulselvaraj.

PETALING JAYA: Firhan Ashaari and Faizal Saari have regained their spots as strikers under national coach A. Arulselvaraj’s new playing structure geared to put the Speedy Tigers on a solid footing at the Asian Games in Hangzhou (Sept 23-Oct 8).

Firhan, due to his fitness, had been utilised as an attacking midfielder for the last two years while Faizal was also used in the same position by Arulselvaraj since the Asian Cup in Jakarta last year.
