Fitri turns hero to give Terengganu advantage in title race

PETALING JAYA: Terengganu captain Fitri Saari popped up with the winning goal in a thrilling match against Maybank in the Malaysian Hockey League (MHL) to hand his team a crucial advantage in the title race.

The match looked to be heading for a draw with both teams locked at 2-2 but Fitri had other ideas as he scored a field goal in the 52nd minute to give the defending champions the win at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil.
