More join crocked list as Tigers race against time for Nations Cup


PETALING JAYA: The Speedy Tigers are in a race against time in their preparation for the Nations Cup in Potchefstroom, South Africa, from Nov 28-Dec 4 as several more players joined the injury list after the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup in Ipoh.

Malaysia won the Azlan Shah Cup for the first time in 39 years but there were collateral damage as midfielder Najib Abu Hassan suffered a broken nose, young forward Amirul Hamizan Azahar injured his foot and reserve goalkeeper Zaimi Mat Deris pulled his hamstring.
