Perak defeat defending champs KL in U-14 hockey meet


PETALING JAYA: It was the clash of champions when Perak met Kuala Lumpur in their Group A match in the MHC-Milo-NSC National Under-14 Championships in Kuala Terengganu on Thursday.

Perak, champions in 2005 and 2006, took a big step towards qualifying for the semi-finals when they defeated defending champions KL 4-2 in what was their fourth win in as many matches.
