PETALING JAYA: Seasoned local pro Kenneth De Silva played some of his best golf in recent times as he carded a six-under 66 to take the first-round lead in the Corolla Cross Cup at the Glenmarie Golf and Country Club yesterday.
De Silva, 34, mastered the garden course by shooting seven birdies and a lone bogey to lead tournament favourite Galven Green and Malcolm Ting by one stroke in the second leg of the Toyota Tour.
