TO hit a high flying iron shot, you need a balanced and relaxed setup. Good balance and relaxed muscles allow you to generate speed which is needed to hit high iron shots.

Remember, you can only hit certain clubs so high. A 3-iron will not fly very high for most players, so take advantage of modern technology and replace those long irons in your bag with hybrid clubs, which are much easier to hit high and land soft on the green.
