FOOTJOY, which first launched the FJ Flex XP in 2019, have expanded the category with a new shoe featuring trendy uppers plus an all-weather construction that provides complete on and off-course versatility for every golfer.
Now into the third season, the Flex XP can be worn to the driving range or on the golf course, or getting on a plane or just going down to the supermarket.
“This shoe will never let you feel out of place,” FootJoy said a statement. “The FJ Flex XP continues to feature a premium, lightweight performance mesh upper with a one-year waterproof warranty.
“All FJ Flex shoes feature the innovative Versa-Trax outsole configuration, a web of multidimensional, strategically placed traction elements designed for on and off-course wear.
“The proprietary Versa-Trax outsole technology offers multiple traction zones that maximise golf performance in all conditions and produce exceptional multi-surface grip.”
Notably, the shoe has pointy, turf-gripping traction elements are strategically placed where the foot applies maximum pressure with the ground during the golf swing.
“With a mix of both on and off-course traction elements, the shoe is engineered to maximise traction on the course during the swing and provide grip when walking on smooth surfaces off the course.”
The shoe, which has a soft and supportive EVA midsole provides a cushioned ride, comes with a suggested retail rpice of RM504 lace (wpmen) and RM478 (laced) men.
