Women’s regional event postponed


Siam Country Club Waterside in Pattaya. Siam Country Club’s Waterside course in Pattaya, Thailand is the venue of the Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific Championship this year.

THE Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific championship has fallen victim to the Coronavirus Covid-19 and been postponed to Oct 7 to 10.

The event, to be held at Siam Country Club’s Waterside course in Pattaya, Thailand, was postponed to “ensure the safety and welfare of all players, officials and others attending the championship” the R&A (Royal and Ancient Golf Club) and the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation announced in a joint communiqué.
