American Cantlay claims Memorial win by two strokes

(Reuters) - Former world number one amateur Patrick Cantlay clinched his second PGA Tour victory in emphatic fashion when he carded a closing eight-under 64 to beat Adam Scott by two strokes at the Memorial tournament in Dublin, Ohio on Sunday.

After starting four strokes behind overnight leader Martin Kaymer, American Cantlay was impeccable as he passed the German, who faded to third place with a 72.
