PETALING JAYA: Chrigor Moraes fired a hattrick as Selangor fought back from a goal down to beat Star City 4-1 in their FA Cup quarter-final first leg match on Saturday (Sept 19).
Hosts Star City had taken the lead on home ground at the Tuanku Syed Putra Stadium in Kangar, Perlis, through midfielder Moses Atuluku in the 18th minute.
The Red Giants then replied three minutes later as Chrigor equalised, before Jose Vitor got the lead two minutes before half time.
In the second half, Chrigor extended the lead in the 61st minute, before completing his hattrick for the night in the 87th minute.
Selangor will host Star City at the Petaling Jaya Stadium for the second leg tie on Oct 11.
