PETALING JAYA: Malaysia ended their AFC Under-20 Women’s Asian Cup 2026 qualifying campaign in Group F with a 2-0 victory over Guam on Sunday (Aug 10).

After the demoralising 0-16 defeat against Japan on Friday (Aug 8), Cameron Ng’s girls found a way to bounce back by producing a good outing at the Cheras Football Stadium.

Striker Kaseh Carlmila was the star of the night, netting both goals in the 64th and 86th minute to seal the three points for the Malayan Tigresses.

The win puts Malaysia in third place in the group with three points, while Japan top the group with nine points and Iran are in second with six.

In the other group fixture, Japan thrashed Iran 11-0.
