PETALING JAYA: Selangor winger Faisal Halim and Co are gearing up for a high-stakes test in the AFF Club Championship after being drawn into a competitive group in the regional club tournament.

In the draw released in Bangkok, Thailand, yesterday, Selangor, the reigning Super League runners-up, find themselves in Group A, which includes Buriram United and BG Pathum United from Thailand, Cong An Hanoi (last year’s finalists), Tampines Rovers of Singapore, and either Kasuka (Brunei) or Dynamic Herb Cebu (Philippines).
