PETALING JAYA: Khatul Anuar Md Jalil has always been on the sideline for Kuala Lumpur, and when the goalkeeper signed for Penang this year, many thought he would be an understudy to the more experienced Hafizul Hakim.

Hafizul, another new signing, came with great credentials as he has been manning the posts for Perak since 2016.
