Star in the making: Mukhairi Ajmal is fast establishing himself as a quality midfielder in the Selangor team.

PETALING JAYA: The rise of Selangor’s young midfielder Mukhairi Ajmal Mahadi in the Super League has been nothing short of meteoric.

The former national Under-19 captain was injured when he was signed last year from PKNP to play for the Red Giants’ feeder team but this year, he shone in the pre-season that saw him being promoted to the first team.
