PETALING JAYA: Promising PKNS youngster A. Shivan Pillay (pic) is not one to be fazed by failure. He was left out of the team to the AFC Under-23 Championship in March but quickly picked himself up, helped PKNS win the President’s Cup for the first time in September and convinced the selectors to bring him back for the upcoming SEA Games.
Now, the centreback believes his club experience will give him an edge in earning a place in the Philippines Games squad.
