PETALING JAYA: Kedah advanced to the Malaysia Cup final after a fest of goals in the second leg of the semi-finals against hosts Pahang, with the match ending 5-5 after extra time and the tie 8-8 on aggregate.

The match at the Darulmakmur Stadium, Kuantan on Saturday (Oct 27) night ended 3-3 in regulation time, which sent the tie into extra time.

The Malaysia Cup final will be held at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil on Nov 2.
