Start small, Giants

Main man: Selangor coach B. Sathianathan is banking on Sandro Mendonca to stamp his mark against Perak today.

PETALING JAYA: Selangor coach B. Sathianathan has warned his men against rushing head-on against Perak in the return leg of the Malaysia Cup quarter-final at the Shah Alam Stadium today.

The Red Giants are trailing 0-1 to Perak, thanks to Brendan Gan’s strike in the first leg played at the Perak Stadium last Sunday.

Expectations are high that Selangor will storm out and turn the tide in front of their home fans but Sathianathan wants his men to stay calm and keep their rear in check.
