Skipper Jagielka to leave Everton after 12 seasons

(Reuters) - Everton captain Phil Jagielka is to end his 12-year stay at the Premier League club following the end of his contract in the close season, the defender said on Tuesday in a social media post.

The 36-year-old, who arrived at Goodison Park from Sheffield United in 2007, has made 385 appearances in all competitions for Everton scoring 19 goals.
