LISBON (Reuters) - Spain's World Cup-winning captain Iker Casillas is likely to announce the end of his goalkeeping career after suffering a heart attack on May 1, Portuguese sports newspaper O Jogo reported, citing the president of his club Porto.
Casillas, 37, would not confirm the decision, saying in a tweet that "a day will come when I will have to retire. Leave me to announce that news when the time comes."
