LONDON (Reuters) - Liverpool central defender Joe Gomez suffered a fractured leg during their victory over Burnley and looks likely to miss the Christmas programme, the Premier League club said on Thursday.

England international Gomez was substituted after 23 minutes of Wednesday's 3-1 victory at Turf Moor following a robust tackle from Burnley's Ben Mee.
