(Reuters) - Arsenal manager Unai Emery has said he would have preferred if Chief Executive Ivan Gazidis had not opted to join AC Milan, but is confident the north London club can cope with his departure.
Gazidis led the process to hire Emery as Arsene Wenger's replacement earlier this year, but announced this week he would be leaving the Premier League side.
